I wanted to like this because it seemed to work okay at first, but after using it I still ended up getting red. I followed the directions and didn’t feel like I was being careless, so it was frustrating. I ended up reaching out to customer service about it because I expected better, but I’m still not really satisfied with the result.

After spending the day at the beach with my sister, my sunburn was really starting to sting. This helped calm it down quickly and made my skin feel so much better.

I like Sun Bum overall, and it did a good job protecting my skin at the beach. The only thing is, it feels kind of greasy for a while after you put it on, especially on my face. It’s not a huge deal or anything, I just wish it soaked in a little faster. But yeah, it still works well enough that I’d buy it again...

I do like Sun Bum for the most part, but the quality feels a little hit or miss. Like, I’ll get one bottle that works great, then the next one feels slightly different or has a smell that seems a bit off. It’s not terrible or anything, and I’d say maybe 7 out of 10 times it’s totally fine, but for the price I wish it was more consistent.

I was just looking for something simple to help my dry lips, but this made them feel worse. Kind of frustrating when the most basic thing you expect from a lip product is ignored.

I’ve ordered from Sun Bum a few times now, and based on my experience, they seem like one of those brands where you actually get what you pay for. It’s not the cheapest sunscreen out there, but it lasts a good while, smells really nice, and doesn’t leave my skin feeling sticky or gross. Shipping was totally fine too, no issues there. Overall, I’d say it feels worth the price, and I’d definitely buy from them again.

I did eventually find what I was looking for, but the site felt clunky on my phone. The menus were laggy and I had to keep tapping around, which just felt like wasted energy for something that should’ve been quick.

I bought the baby and kids sunscreen from Sun Bum for a beach trip, and uh, it ended up working really well for us. My youngest has sensitive skin, and we didn’t have any rash or stinging, which doesn’t happen often with sunscreen. It does go on a little thick, but I’m fine with that since it feels like it’s actually staying put. Ordering from their site was easy, and it arrived quickly. I’ll definitely be buying it again for summer.

I really wanted to like this, but the texture just wasn’t it for me. It felt thick and kind of sticky right away, and it never really seemed to dry down. My skin stayed greasy for hours, and it even rubbed off on my clothes. Maybe it works better for someone else, but I couldn’t get past how it felt.

I don’t have the patience to stand around rubbing lotion in forever, so I liked this. It sprays on fast and rubs in without making a whole production out of it.

Well... I picked up Sun Bum because I wanted something reef-friendly for beach days, and overall I’ve been happy with it. It goes on easily and doesn’t feel super heavy, which is a big plus for me. The scent is nice, though it is a little strong when you first put it on. It held up well in the sun and I didn’t get burned. I’m giving it 4 stars because after a while it can start to feel a bit greasy, but I’d still use it again

The return process was easy, which I appreciated. The refund took a little longer than I expected, but it did come through in the end. Based on this experience, I’d say returns are simple enough, but you might need to be a bit patient waiting for your money back.

I placed my order earlier this week and wasn’t expecting it so soon, but it showed up at my door about two days later. Really happy with how quick and easy the whole process was.

I picked up the Sun Bum shampoo and leave-in conditioner after my hair got super dried out from the sun and pool water. After a few uses, it definitely felt softer and way less tangly, which was exactly what I needed. I also love the scent, it’s beachy and nice but not so strong that it takes over. I did reach out with a quick question about how much to use, and support basically said something like, “use enough to coat your hair, especially if it’s feeling extra dry,” which was helpful. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because I do feel like I need a decent amount each time, so the bottle seems to go faster than I’d like. Overall though, my hair feels much better, and I’d probably buy it again.
